Hello ,

There's a known bug within the 6.5.0 version (and others) in which it's not possible to reset the the cockpit-config.xml (that renders the "Reset Everything" option unusable). I'm not sure 6.5.0.17 is affected, but this issue has been patched on 6.5.0.21. For reference, please check the following JIRA https://jira.hybris.com/browse/ECP-3440.

Hi - please login to backoffice as an admin user and open the Application Orchestrator mode using the F4 (some keyboards require Fn button kept pressed while pressing F4). Click the [y] icon at the right top corner and then click Reset Everything.

Alternatively, you can add the following property in the local.properties and restart the server:

 backoffice.cockpitng.development.mode=true

This property will bring tools/buttons in the top bar using which you can reset the Backoffice application.

Those buttons are available there since several versions - you may have an older one. Still Orchestrator and Reset everything should do the job. If not - please check your configuration - you are most probably doing something in wrong way.

Cheers, Jacek
