Backoffice caching issue

Dear Experts,

I'm getting an issue seems caching issue but i don't know the root cause and solutions. Our production environment has 2 back end nodes (clustering environment). Order process is running on 2 nodes. However, sometime, the order status is changed in node 1, it's not reflected in node 2 and vice versa, event if i click Refresh button in backoffice. When i update other attribute and click save in backoffice, the order status is updated. Or when i clear the cache in HAC, the order status is also updated with refresh button. I didn't change any cache configuration. I totally use OOTB configuration.

Does any Expert get similar issue, could you please advice me?

Hi Nguyen,

I am not sure which version of backoffice you are using. I also see backoffice will use the solr index. Check if the data is coming from cache. in that case you need to run the backoffice index job frequently.

Dear Vinay,

I'm using backofffice Hybris 6.2.0.0. We don't use solr index for backoffice.
