As a standard use case we normally have multiple customer/buyer associated with Sales Rep/Seller and as per Hybris Wiki
Seller approvers must use the Assisted Service Module (ASM) and select the customer whose quote they'll be working on
Its a common use case where Seller/Sales Rep would want to login and see all the quotes pending his approval across customers. I have not come across any OOTB feature around this? Do we have any reference or OOTB feature which we can leverage here?
Also, if we need to customize for this requirement I am inclining towards leveraging ASM Module to achieve it. i.e. Sales Rep login to ASM and then get link to land on quote listing page and then when user select a quote in background i would impersonate that customer whose quote sales rep want to action.
I am sure this common use case must have been already implemented multiple times, so looking for guidance on best approach forward.
