Hello,

I would like to know what is SAP Sales/Service Cloud alternative for Salesforce Flow Builder.

I familiar with SAP Sales/Service Cloud Workflow tool, but it is not giving the same flexibility needed in a lot of cases like Salesforce Flow Builder, and I would like to know if I missed something...

What are your requirements with regards to workflows? And what kind of flexibility are your looking for exactly?

If you describe the process you need to support the community might help you out.

Dear MJ,

Salesforce Flow Builder has very broad functionality, therefore I can't focus only on one or two requirements.

Basically, I am looking for a tool that will reduce development use by enabling creating new screens, cross objects automations, gathering records by certain parameters, defining variables and use them as part of the automation process, using loops as part of the automation process and much more....
