Hello Experts,
I want to set process, where all attachments added by salemen to the Library WoC are automatically send via email to predefined email address.
It is the business case, where salesmen add their cost invoices to C4C and they need to be transfered to FI.
Is it achievable by standard?
If not, please give me advice on setting this at SDK.
(I know there is a SAP Concur for this type of things but client is quite small and we'd like to keep costs low)

If i understand your process correctly, the sales people make an overview of their costs (you call it cost invoices) and they store this document in the library in c4c. Then you would like to sent these documents automatically to the email address of an FI department that takes care ( = pays in the end ) the costs made to the individual sales employees.
Sending emails automatically to an email address can be supported with a workflow. But as this particular document stored in the library as a document and not as part of an C4C object, this would not work.
What i would suggest you let the employees register a transaction and include the document in that transaction. Then you create a workflow rule that sents out a mail with content and an assigned document to the FI mail address.

Let me explain the businees need:
Salesmen travel around the country, visiting clients. Sometimes these delegations regard one customer and one day, sometimes they last for few days and regard few customers.
Every delegation has cost invoice, company has to pay for salesman's hotels, business suppers, petrol, plane tickets etc.These cost invoices CANNOT be pinned to single Visit, because e.g. company pays for one plane ticket, so salesman can visit 4 clients with four visits (during one delegation).
Salesman has to report all these documents regarding every delegation.
How could we process it within C4C? (as mentioned, we want to keep costs low, and not use dedicated SAP Concur to it)
Maybe, we could create Routes, they would encompass all visits, just like delegation, wheras salesman can add attachments to the Route.
But, I cannot find a way to automate sending these attachments via Workflow Rules.
Probably some SDK, some API automation is needed?
