Automatically notify a new delegate in C4C

Hi experts,

is it possible to automatically notify an employee if someone assigns him/her as a delegate?

Hello Richard,

Currently the SAP Cloud for Customer does not send a automatically notification to the user which was assigned as delegate.

You can submit your request at the Customer Influence site: https://influence.sap.com/SAPCloudforCustomer
Other users read the proposed enhancements and vote on their desirability. Our developers monitor this database and try to incorporate these ideas into a future release.
