Hi,
Automatically add Account to involved parties after creating a lead in C4C. Added determination logic even in Activity of Leads business configuration, but account is not adding (determining) automatically (see below snap).
Pls suggest if I missed any.
Request clarification before answering.
From what I know, Involved Parties tab of the Leads can only have Partners data.
But if you convert Leads to an Opportunity, on the Opportunities tab, it will show all Involved Parties data you need.
Do you need these information on reporting purposes or only for showing on the UI? If it's for the UI, i don't think it's possible via standard way.

Hello,
When creating the lead, use the "Use Existing Account" button and selecting a customer will be mandatory.

The involved party determination logic at the Leads for Account field = Contact of Account means that when creating a new Lead, if you select a value in the Contact field of an empty Lead document, the Account field will be automatically populated with the main Account associated with that Contact.
However, your request does not clearly specify the exact requirement you are trying to achieve. Could you clarify whether you expect the Account to be automatically added to the Involved Parties without selecting a Contact, or if you are looking for a different type of determination logic?
