Dear experts,

When you are creating a ticket, is it possible to fill/propose automatically the contact, based on principal contact?

Hi Nacho,

In the Tickets - Involved Parties fine tuning activity, make sure the below party role is enabled.

Hi,

Yes it is enabled out of the box from C4C. So, if there are multiple contacts assigned to the account being used for which service ticket is being created then contact with "Main Contact" indicator will be defaulted upon ticket creation.
