Since approx. 1 month account updates from ERP to CRM via iFlow "BusinessPartnerERPReplicationIN or "BusinessPartnerERPContactAddressReplicationIN" do change the Contact status from "Obsolete" to "Active".
Some Contacts were set as "Obsolete" within SAP Sales Cloud. Any updates from ERP on Account level do change automatically the Contact status from "Obsolete" to "Active". Always for all Contacts of the Account. The Contact status is acctually no exchange field between ERP and CRM. But nevertheless the Status will always be updated to Active. This is a new behavior since approx. 1-2 months. We don`t want that the Contact status will eb changed automatically triggered by any updates from ERP side. Please help. Why does contact status get updated even when field is not mapped with ERP? Kind regards Edwin

Hello Edwin,
I also had the same problem und opened a ticket to sap. To fix this issue you need to maintain communication arrangement filter:
To add this communication filter please go to the administrator tab > general settings and click communication arrangement filter. Once there click on add row on the right of the header bar > in the communication partner field select KEPCLNT100 in the communication scenario add the scenario Business partner replication from SAP ERP.

Best regards
Franzi
