Authorizations to create a Target group: Exception (SY/530) - CUAN_TARGET_GROUP

Hello,

we have created a new business role. Unfortunately we have missed something as the user of this business role is not allowed to create a target group.

Assigned to the business role are the following catalogues:

When trying to create a target group out of the app "Target Groups" the following error message appears:

An "Exception was raised (SY530). In the log it says: No authorization for root node CUAN_TARGET_GROUP. What kind of catalog is missing?

Dear Oliver,

With my experience with this errors in past, I suggest you to please try to delete the browser cache and retry.

1. Tap Chrome menu > Settings.
2. Tap (Advanced) Privacy.
3. From the "Time Range" drop-down menu, select All Time.
4. Check Cookies and Site data and Cached Images and Files.
5. Tap Clear data.
6. Exit/quit all browser windows and re-open the browser.

Also, try Ctrl + F5
