Authorization for target group export in SAP Marketing 2020

Hi Team,

Some of the marketing users do not see the option to export/download the target groups or segmentation model data.

Could you pls help with the required role/authorization object to provide this access to the user?

Dear Pankaj,

I guess for Target Group ,

Role SAP_CEI_TG_INI ; Authorization object : HPA_DWNLD ; affected field : HPA_DL_ACT

The above Authorization object should help , I have not checked it in the system but seems this is related , If this is not working , Please let me know I can check again on this.

Thanks, it works fie after assignment of the objects to the roles.

SAP_CEI_BCR_SEG1_OP - Auth to download CUAN_TARGET_GROUP, GSEG_BUILDING_BLOCK, GSEG_SEGMENTATION_MODEL

As you need for Target Group as well , Please also check the below authorization as well

Role SAP_CEI_TG_INI ; Authorization object : HPA_DWNLD ; affected field : HPA_DL_ACT
