Authentication report & print

Hi Support,
We are implementing SAP Customer Check Out for leading hypermarket Company mena region , Below scenario we are unable to achieve on Customer Check Out

Scenario : We are unable to bring Authorized user details on receipt print i.e. if sales manager authenticate for discount in bill where cashier don't have role. For future reference to check this deatils it is required to print this authentication user details on bill & Also From SAP Customer Check Out Manager no reports are available for authorization given by user ,

In hypermarket kind of big business it is mandatory to have an authorization report, If Super wiser or sales manager won't have monitoring on this process this can be cause of misusing the authentication power

Please recommend a workaround to have a report for this and how to bring the details on print also

Hi Nithu,

I discussed this topic with a colleague. SAP Customer Checkout and SAP Customer Checkout manager do not store this info in the database. Furthermore collecting this data with a plugin is also not feasible.

The way I have understood your requirements, I don't think there is currently any way to support the scenario you have described with SAP Customer Checkout.
