Authentication failure in backoffice Datahub cockpit

I first get an "Unathorised" error message just after login and then repeated Internal server error error popup that makes the whole backoffice unusable.

I have set the properties datahubadapter.datahuboutbound.user and datahubadapter.datahuboutbound.password in hybris to match the admin user in datahub. Datahub user works properly. I have also tested to see if the hybris properties are set correctly

When using the default admin / nimda this problem does not exists. It seems like the credentials code is broken.

This is in Hybris 6.3

Hi,

Can you check if you have set these properties:

datahub.backoffice.rest.client.username=
datahub.backoffice.rest.client.password=
These are used when backoffice communicates with DataHub to retrieve statistics.

I have not set those, probably that is the issue, I will check and update here.
