Authentication Error - Initial Configuration

a new machine with SAP CCO 2.0 FP15 is to be installed.

When trying to connect to the Checkout Manager,in the innitial configuration screen, we get an authentication error.

A login to the Checkout Manager Frontend is possible from the same PC, with the same login data.

Has anyone an idea whats wrong?

Hello zimsi,

One possible explanation: CCO manager is running on a lower feature pack than CCO (which you said is on FP15).

So if this is the case, you need to

• either update CCO manager to FP15
• or use a CCO installation file of the same version in which CCO manager is currently running
