Hello together,
as I could see right now I can only build a target group on the basis of the sentiment of the interactions by using app "Profile Dashboard".
We have the requirement to create target groups on the basis of the sentiment assigned to the interactions. We are using the segmentation object SAP_CE_CONTACT_ENGAGEMENT.
Does anybody knows, why this attribute "Sentiment Value" is not available in the segmentation? Is there any standard attribute we could use here?
