Attribute CampaignContentLinkName in segmentation

Hello,

We want to create target groups based on clicks on special links in email.

We can't find any attribute for segmentation parameters such as CampaignContentLinkURL or CampaignContentLinkName in the interaction.

We can see these parameters only by the API and on the campaign performance tab. How can we find this data in segmentation?

Hi,

Not sure if you managed to solve this already, but we also had the same requirement.

I looked into the Calculation View in HANA and found that the interaction attribute CampaignContentLinkName is named as LAUNCH_TEXT (Text of launch URL) and can be made visible in Segmentation Configuration. This was enough for our need.

Unfortunately the attribute CampaignContentLinkURL / LAUNCH_URL is not provided in the standard calculation view but should be simple enough to create a custom view containing the attribute.

I agree that this functionality is needed. For example, you could create a link that allowed for people to hold themselves out of emails for 30 days if you could monitor clicks on that link, then you could do that temporary holdout. If there is an influence request in for this, please link it here.

maybe you can do a follow-up action straight from a campaign? You can add an action to do something when there was or wasn't a click on a link.

In this case we just want analyse who clicked on footer links in all the campaigns. We achieved this by API (small program on java to get ContactId).
