With the advent of GDPR tools with C4S, are there any method to delete individual elements of a ticket i.e. Interaction, Note, Attachment and even the ticket itself?
Although the GDPR provide some tools in respect of data removal or XXXXXX, it does not provide specific removal which is something required. Particularly in the area of Human Resources as we use C4S for this purpose of supporting Employees. Sensitive documents enter the system and there must be a means to remove them.

Dear Andrew,
Tickets cannot be deleted within C4C. You only have the option to set those as irrelevant.
In regards to deleting data from the ticket:
- Deleting an interaction - if you delete the email activity, the interaction will also be removed from the ticket. To do thos go to the Activities work center - E-Mails view - search for the specific e-mail activity and click on the delete action
- Deleting an attachment - manually uploaded attachments can be deleted from the ticket; interactions attachments will only be removed when the e-mail activity has been deleted
- Notes cannot be deleted
Regards,
Paula

That is correct Andrew, the same is valid for Portal Post posts, as those are displayed as notes within C4C.
