Hi. Developer Kim is on. I have to work on uploading attachments according to the needs of the client. 1. Is there a way to convert and save the size when uploading images in response to the limited capacity of attachment (10M)? (Currently confirmed size is uploaded after using external system) 2. Is there a way to upload the attachment to C4C and save it to other system and the C4C to store the URL to connect to other system? If your specific needs upload attachments via mobile The downloadable audience can only be authenticated (C4C account), upload and download must be "normal". Thank you for your help.

Hi Kim!
Regarding the attachments of the system, we always recommend to avoid using large files, since this can affect the system performance (the system has the current attachment limitation due to this reason). It is recommended to use an external storage system, and store only the respective URL of the file in C4C.
Regarding the question 2, I am not sure if my understanding is correct, but I believe it could be easier to setup the authentication directly on the storage system, and then attach the direct URL for the file in C4C (for example, store a URL that redirects to a SSO authentication).
Kind regards,
Leonardo
