Attach document in a report. Cloud for Customer. Cloud for Sales. Cloud for Service

Hi,

Is it possible to attach a document in a line of a report?

For example, we considered to see an URL but the report has the limitation of visulization of a field of a data source tipe char is 60 char and this is not enough.

Any idea?

Hi Nacho,

This limitation of 60 characters can be disabled. 🙂

In order to do it, please follow with the steps below:

1. Go to the Business Analytics work center.
2. Go to Design Reports view.
3. Search and open the report you want to display more than 60 characters per text value.
4. Run the report.
5. Click on Report Options icon, which should be located on the top right corner of the report.
6. Hover the mouse cursor to the Show Extended Text option and click on Enable.
7. A warning message may be raised, asking if you want to proceed, select Yes.
8. Close and reopen the report to ensure it takes the changes applied.
9. The report now displays more than 60 characters per text value if required
