Assigning one role to multiple members of account team

Hey everybody,

I recently tried to replicate account team from C4C to Marketing Cloud. This was successfull, unfortunately now I'm facing an issue regarding role assignment. Do you know whether it is possible to assign one role to multiple account team members? For example, I would like to assign "Presales Specialist" role to two members.

Hi Katharina,

unfortunately this is not possible.

During the file upload you will always get a warning that the same role is assigned multiple times. After that only one of the uploaded Team Members will have the role assigned, the other one is displayed under the Account Team Members but has no role assigned.

In my tests it was always the last one in the upload file who got the correct role.
