Assigning multiple territories to users

Hi,

How can I assign 2 or more territories to a same User/employee?

There is one particular territory that should be accessed (read/write) by all our users in addition to their own territory.

As shown in the attached screenshot, I can only assign one department (Territory)..

It is possible to assign same employee to multiple territories.

Sales WC=> Territories

Since your screenshot shows the organizational assignment.
You can open each org unit from the Organizationizational management work center and assign the employee to the respective Org units.

However in the employee profile only one functional organizational unit will be displayed.

Yes ! I have seen that recently !

However, now it seems the Territory assignment is not affecting Restricted Access Rights on my Customers..
I will have to make a new ticket/blog post to investigate further...

0021353747The restriction should be based on Functional organizational Unit for it to work.

If the restriction is based on Org assignment, then system will compare the sales data of the employee rather than the org assignment,
