Assign a sales territory to a customer in SAP C4C

Hi

Could anyone please help me to add a customer in a Sales territory. I am getting "ADD" option when I am assigning a User in a Sales territory, but not getting that while assigning a customer.

Sales Territories section has no New/Add action available in this section. This section shows the list of territories assigned to the account by the territory rules. When doing a Derive Territory action on account or by running a valid realignment run, territories assigned to this account as per rules will show up in this section.

Dedicated Sales Territories section is for a user to assign a territory to the account manually.

When realignment run is executed to assign territories to the accounts it just removes the existing account territory association shown in the first section and creates new territory assignments as per rules

Territory realignment run please create a run so system determine the accounts based on rules defined in run or under actions in account view use derive territory button
