ASM not displaying all customer in current in store customers

Hi Experts,

RIght now we have just the OOB ASM implantation and also secureportaladdon that I know causes issue with early login feature.

As we cannot log in into the ASM from Login we first login into a costumer and then login into ASM employe but we only see the customers that are in the same B2B unit.

Has someone encountered a similar issue or know how to fix this.

Hi vinaal,

The link which you have given is not loading. I am facing the same, ASM search is not working, and all customers data is not loading
