Hi there, we you Ask HR for our employees to raise tickets when they use SuccessFactors, which comes to the team who use C4C. Is there any functionality to make adaptations to the Ask HR screen - e.g. adding additional fields?

No, Currently, C4C doesn't support any Adaptation in this scenario
