Article Not synchronized

I have problem with customer ,they have tow POS's , POS 1 and POS 2 in the same store in live environment, the POS 2 i was synchronize the Articles but i have one Article didn't synec, on the other hand POS 1 all articles synchronized how can i solve this ?

Hi a.alnassar,

I suggest you to try the following:

1 - Update the Item code "LEG-GYM-TRSP" in the SAP B1, e.g.: update the description
2 - In the CCO, execute an Article synchronization, not the complete synchronization
Then, check if the article is synchronized with the POS

If not, check if there is any useful information in the CCO log files and the B1if log files
