Hi,
I have synchronised price list in checkout but issue is in stead of picking/showing net unit price on sales screen it is showing gross price. Even in article master it is showing gross price.
Is it normal? Can we change this behaviour?
Cheers
Gunjan

Hello Gunjan,
SAP Customer Checkout is a gross price system. In Sales screen only gross prices are shown. Discount etc are also applied on gross price.
It is not possible to change this and deal with net prices in SAP Customer Checkout.
With the setting that Julian mentioned above in his answer, you can influence is the PriceList in the external system is Net Price List or Gross Price List. If it is a net price list, then SAP Customer Checkout will calculate the gross price based on tax code assigned to the article and store it in SAP Customer Checkout with gross price.

Hi Bikash,
As you mentioned in 2018, SAP customer checkout was a gross price system and the change of tax code doesn't affect the price.
I looked in SCN for the issue and this post suggested (https://answers.sap.com/answers/458765/view.html) to develop plugin.
Did SAP include the consideration of tax code in retail mode of the latest releases of Customer Checkout ?

Hello Sukhbold,
As of now there is no change in this functionality.
When you change tax-codes in SAP Customer Checkout sales transaction, the gross price is not adapted.
Only the tax amount and net amount is changed accordingly. However manually changing gross amount is possible.
If you change the tax code in the ERP master data and synchronize the master data again, then in SAP Customer Checkout the prices can change and from next transaction the new gross price will be picked.
