Article Delete from CCO manager

Hi all,

to delete the articles from CCO I used delete test data, however the articles are still in CCO manager in deactive mode, when sync with CCO the articles are again created in CCO, how do I completly get rid of them?

Hi Nir,

currently we don't offer a function like "delete test data" in SAP Customer Checkout manager. This kind of function is planned for one of the next releases, but we can't confirm in which release this function will come.

We recommend to setup a test manager for test purposes and if you switch to productive mode we recommend to set up a new one. In of Bikash's blogs it is described how to run several SAP Customer Checkout manager in parallel.
