Are the HLD and LLD documents for the SAP C4C application available?

We are experiencing very poor performance in China when using SAP Cloud for Customer application. Do you know if this is a common issue in China (e.g. Shanghai)?

Do you know where I could find the HLD (High level design) and LLD (Low level design) documents for the SAP C4C application?

It contains all IT components that allow the end user to make use of the C4C cloud application => with the complete tarffic flow description of Terminal user to application network, Internet, Akamai WAF, proxy, authentication etc.

It would be very useful to the IT Network team when investigating the C4C Perfomance issues in China.

I hope you are good.

The best approach in this case is to open a ticket to SAP mentioning about this performance issues. We do have customers who consumes the solution and does not face performance issues

Could you create a ticket to us? Performance team can check and evaluate the reason for this issue.
