Good day everyone,
I hope this does not count as a noob question but, are Service Level Agreements (SLAs) transportable from a SAP C4C QA system to Production?
Thanks for all your help.

Hello Karabo,
You might want to check if SLAs are available in the list of transportable objects. Try this blog:

Hi Karabo,
You can't transport SLAs but you can download the rules in the test tenant as an Excel file and upload them on the prod and you wait to activate them until you go live. Of course, you should open the service levels on the prod manually and you should have the same fields or categories to structure the rules on the prod.

Hi Julius,
I have seen the blog you sent and have checked the list of transportable objects but I could not identify anything for SLAs. I did see, however, that I can create the SLAs and determination rules directly in the production system and keep them inactive until required to activate. I'll check with my line manager if thats a viable option.
Thanks again for your answer.
