Our client setup email addresses specific for their big accounts, such that a single agent is assigned to their every inquiry and request. These big accounts of theirs have their own data privacy rules so whenever they send an email with an attachment, they protect their attachments via password.
Since C4C does not allow password protected files, tendency is the ticket will still be created but the attachment will not be there. Instead, there will be a "removed attachment log" saying the attachment is removed because it is password protected.
Question, will this feature still be available after the 1808 upgrade? This is becoming a major issue for us with the client.

This feature is not available and not planned due to security reasons.
