Are medias on impex folder safe to be removed?

We have a considerable high amount of Media objects and files asociated to the impex MediaFolder. Are those medias somehow can be still used or referenced once the impex has been loaded? Are those medias safe to be programatically removed to save space on both DB and filesystem?

Hi ,

A media item in the Hybris could be a file itself as well as a reference to a file. Impex Media Folder contains ImpExes, ImpEx logs and (temporary) dump files only. You can delete this media as it will get generate automatically when you execute the ImpEx next time.
