Archiving Solution for SAP Commerce Cloud- v1

Hi Experts,

In the current implementation (1905 v1 on hana ) , we are getting launchpad notifications for large table sizes.

We are live for the past 2 years and you can guess the entires in the orders table.

We could write an query to delet entries for table or implement data retention framweork for certain item types , but it does take away the option of retirving the data in case we need it for legal reasons.

What i want to know :

- Does SAP offer archiving on the Hana Databse as we are on v1 ( putting old data in cold store and still access it).

- Is there any 3rd party add on , which could do this archiving.

- we probably need an solution which V2 proof as well.

Is there something like an magento order archive extension?
