ArchiveLink - Link an interaction in a Solicitation "Documents"

About ArchiveLink, do you know how to add an interaction under the tab "Documents" instead of attaching documents such as PDFs?

I need to provide a technical solution to the ABAP team.

Hello Alm,

can you provide further information about the requirement - as far I understand you want to add any business transaction (any service ticket,...) to the documents block. Is this correct - can you be more specific about the term 'interaction'?
