Is there a standar integration between C4C and Commerce in regards tickects?. I need you help to know how does hybris commerce manage tickets responses from c4c
What is the java class or service that cointains the logic in regards the new status for the tickets in commerce ?.
For example, I need to execute a code in commerce after a ticket have been approved from c4c.
