Approval Workflow in SAP Marketing Cloud

Hello Experts.

We have a scenario where the users wants to see the log of rejected outcome notes for a campaign approval. But it seems this is not possible to view the rejected notes as the approval workflow didn't store the rejected outcome notes,

We have an approval workflow defined, in which the rejected outcome has setup like below -

1. Required Action - Do Nothing

2. Action Result - Cancel workflow.

With this approval process, as soon as the customer rejects the approval request, the campaign changed into In preparation status.

This is what customer is expecting.

But once the campaign is again submitted for Approval, the previous rejected history is not visible in Inbox. Can we see the previous logs, on why it was rejected?

IS there a way that the campaign once rejected can be moved to In Preparation status and the workflow rejected logs are in place and can be viewed?

Hello Mayank,

SMC use the standard SAP Workflow and hence what you're looking for is not available now.

Please Submit Improvement Request so that your idea could be evaluated by product management.

kunalkumar.bansal : Are you sure? Can you please provide the reason why it is not possible? I was thinking there is some way to achieve this.? Because i can see the logs are getting generated if the Action result is other than cancel workflow. But the issue is, the campaign still remains in In approval state.

So if the campaign is rejected to update the description, it canot be updated as the campaign is in Approval state and in this state the campaign uneditable.

Can you please check agian?

In On Prem, you have a Inbox, where you can see those.
