Approval tasks report for delegates in C4C

Dear Experts,

One of our Clients uses a lot of delegates because of their non-typical Organization Setup, hence there are a lot of Sales Quote Approval tasks which are belongs to active delegated users in the system. For "non delegated" approval tasks we created reports that shows every pending approvals for each User who have to Approve Sales Quotes. It is OK.

Requirement: create a report where all delegated approval tasks are shown, but I cannot find any Data Source referring to Delegate's data.

Is there any option to list these kind of approval tasks? Goal is to list every approval tasks for a specific user (A) (who has 'non-delegated' tasks and has 'delegated' tasks as well from another User (B)). This could be separate lists/reports.

Hi,

As of now, there is no standard Data Source / Report available with in C4C which can give you the details about delegate assignment information per employee. Hence you can only get those Approval Task which are directly assigned to an employee.
