Approval Strategy for Sales Order

Dear SCN's

I need your help. The customer has a requirement: if a sales order has a discount of 9% or less, a 1-step approval strategy should be applied to the order. If a sales order has a discount of more than 9%, a 2-step approval strategy should be applied to the order. Is it possible to implement a Sales Order approval strategy according to this requirement and how?

Hello @Tural-Hajiyev 

There is no such a functionality as sales order release strategy in standard. You could build a custom one around user Status Management. User statuses could be used to model approval steps. The topic has already been discussed here - Google it.
