Hi,

Yes, you should be able to manage the approval notification using fine-tuning "Approval for Opportunities" or "Approval for Sales Quotes". or "Approval for Leads" etc

Is there anyway to edit the Standard notification??

Ex: Approve <Customer quote text> <Sales Quote ID> - <Account> - <Sales Quote Net>. In this notification how to add one custom field??
