Approval card in the home of C4C

Hi experts.

We are trying to customize the home page for one of the roles in C4C. The customer is demanding that they can have the notifications/approval counter in one of the cards in the home just like the style of ByD. The images below explain:

My colleagues tried to do it using the adaption mode but they couldn't and they asked me if it's possible using SDK.

Any ideas?

Hi Al Ranas,

You can use Pencil button to personalize the home page. There're many available standard cards.

1.Click pencil button (Homepage Personalization and Adaptation)

2.Click Plus button

This tasks are only user created tasks. I am looking for something that supports the system created tasks as well. Like approvals e.g. Sale quotation approvals, lead approvals.

Do you know if it's possible?

Hi Mousa Alramadhan,

Yeah. The approvals e.g. Sale quotation approvals, lead approvals are not available in the standard cards. Would you like to try to create custom card for business role?
