Appointments pane is not available under Ticket TI Activities tab

Dear Experts,

We have a business need to have create a follow up Activity of type appoinment from Ticket overview page(TI).

I see only Tasks and Phone calls in the activities tab of Ticket TI .

Is it a standard process to see only tasks and phone calls in tickets or do we need to do something to enable Appointments pane in Activiteis tab of Tickets.

Appointment List in not part of TICKET UI and this is a new requirement. We request you to please post this in
the ideas forum.

Yes ..i will update it in the ideas forum.neverthless i see a Appointments EC in the Cloud application studio service re use libraries.
