Apply coupon code to carts from Hybris Backoffice

Hello Experts,

Am looking for a customization in Backoffice, where am trying to apply the coupon code to carts from Hybris Backoffice itself. This way i can have a control to apply the customer's coupon codes who are logged in and facing trouble to apply the coupon codes which they have got. Kind of customer supporting.

Currently, OOTB is having this feature at checkout page in storefront and once you apply coupon code, then those details will be captured into backoffice--> carts.

Can someone please advice how this can be achieved. Is this feature already available in OOTB.???

Have you considered using the Assisted Service Module to emulate the customer in the storefront? With that you should be able to assume their cart on the storefront and add the coupon code directly in the cart.
