Hello together,
we are on SAP Marketing 1809 (On Premise). The App Provider Credentials contains the Amazon SES tab like shown in the screenshot and we could maintain all like normal to create the sender profiles.

The problem is we have 4 other clients and there AWS SES is not visible We made a trace in google chrome (F12) and received the following result:

Anybody had the same problem? Customizing is the same in all clients. The RFC Connections AMAZONMAIL and AMAZON_BOUNCE are created once as they are - in my opinion - client independent.
Check with report CUAN_MKT_EXEC_CHECK_CONFIG shows folllowing error:

Indeed, this is a strange problem. I would check following settings/entries:
1- Go to transaction CUAN_TC_CHECK to navigate to the technical cockpit. And kindly check if "Campaign Execution" is properly set up.
2- Go to transaction SM59 to see if HTTP destinations AMAZONMAIL and AMAZONBOUNCE exist
