Requirement: In C4C Ticket application when we click on ‘Create Service’ order (follow-up document) button, expectation is to Pass Service order Template ID from C4C to S4 Hana through Service order creation API (API_SERVICE_ORDER_SRV), In S4 Hana, while system creating Service order copy all the Items maintained on Service order Template into Service order.
But, API_SERVICE_ORDER_SRV is not holding value in RefServiceOrderTemplate when triggered from C4C into S4 Hana.
Request clarification before answering.
