Dear Community,´
right now I'm using a Test Tenant to customize an instance of SAP Marketing Cloud. I've been sending and testing emails for several weeks without any problems.
But, since today I encounter the API Error Code 429, when I try to send emails from the Marketing Cloud. This error is apparently related to "429 Too Many Requests - The user has sent too many requests in a given amount of time. Intended for use with rate limiting schemes."
In the error screen below the SAP Notification shows the message LIMIT_EXCEEDED.
Would anyone have a recommendation on how to solve this, allowing to send emails again?
Thank you!
Best regards,
Jose

Hi Jose,
Can you please check below points and try to resolve this issue.
1. Check the API Proxy policies
Quote policy Exist? - Number of calls can be increased.
Reset Quota policy - You can reset the quota for specific customers.
2. Rate Plan attached to corresponding product ? If yes, Check the Plan Type(I guess it is Tier) and if so check the maximum number of calls allowed in the last tier.

Dear Jose,
It looks to me like this is an issue with SAP Marketing Cloud APIs, and not SAP Cloud Platform API Management, is this correct?
Regards,
Elijah
