API documentation for SAP Service Cloud?

Does anyone have API documentation on SAP Service Cloud and SAP Sales Cloud?

I'd like to make a chatbot that links right up to my SAP Service Cloud or SAP Sales Cloud instance.

Is it possible? The free trial for SAP Marketing Cloud isn't giving me the answers I'm looking for.

But I am not much familiar on the capabilities of chatbot using these APIs.
