Yes. If I remember correctly, you can link your Mailgun server through an AWS deployment and have your corresponding local.properties files configured with the SMTP URL for AWS & secret key configurations to tap into the Mailgun server through port 25. You should try and co-ordinate with your DevOps practitioners regarding how you could go about doing this. Hope this helps.
