Hi,
we have created a double opt-in process in Marketing Cloud using a landing page and a confirmation email from the content studio. We used the standard integration for this scenario.
The opt-in works fine, the email address and the permission is stored but in an anonym contact. We added fields like name, address, country etc. to the landing page but these field are not saved in the contact.
I hope someone can help out on this issue.

if the record you are capturing via the Landing Page is not merged with the existing Interaction Contact record, this is typically an indication that your ID Origin configuration is not working properly. Pls. revise the configuration and merging criteria.

thank you for the fast reply. The problem is not about an existing contact, it's about a new contact, that registers on the landing page. The majority of the landing page data is not visible on the new created contact. Just the email address an the permission ist saved. All other fields are missing.

Have you already confirmed the double optin mail for this contact? Usually because of data security reasons the system creates first a anonymous contact until the full double optin process is completed/ approved positive.
