Hello!
We want to analyze the success KPI of recommendations from SAP Marketing in SAP Commerce.
How we can analyze more attributes than just overall KPI in manage recommendation app (Impressions, Click-Through Rate and Conversion Rate). For example:
1. Quantity of orders from the recommendations
2. Amount of sales orders with recommended items
3. Amount of bought items
4. Quantity of bought goods
In additional, how we can segment people who watched/cliclked/bought products from the recommendations?
We'll be grateful for any advice.
Thank you.

Hello Alena,
Currently, customers don't not have access to the numbers of impressions of recommendation scenarios besides in the Manage Recommendation app. However, customers have access to the interactions CDS views and the clicks of recommendation products are imported as interactions and the recommendation scenario is stored in the field of "ProductRecommendationScenario" of the InteractionProduct entity of the interaction API (API_MKT_INTERACTION_SRV).
With that said, if the clicks of products provided by a recommendation scenario are imported correctly as interactions into Marketing Cloud, you shall be able to create your own custom query/report to measure the click-throughs of your recommendation scenarios using data sources (I_MKT_INTERACTION, I_MKT_INTERACTION_PRODUCT, etc.)
The conversion rate in Marketing Cloud Product Recommendation is calculated by dividing the number of conversions by the total number of click throughs. To qualify as a conversion a recommended product must be purchased within a week of being initially viewed by the consumer. So by connecting the sales orders of the same product done by the same interaction contact as the one that performs the click of the product recommendations, you can attribute the way you want to achieve your own report of conversions.
Hope this helps.

Qiu Wen Li
