I have setup a configuration for item category determination where i have the configured item category determination using document type, item category group which should determine a item category and also a alternative item category. This is done for a configurable product and what i observed was during order creation in SAP CRM WEB UI i am seeing that the item category field is greyed out an i cannot use alternative item category. Is it some thing standard or is it a system glitch.
