Allow one interaction - SMC forms

I realized that in the forms I was creating, it was possible to tick all the boxes, and I would not know which answer would be the right one.

Do you know I can set a limit so the person who is filling the form can only tick one or the other box and not both of them?

Hi Stephanie,

Unfortunately, we won't be able to control the same as those items are independent of each other, we also don't have Check box and Radio button types in our Forms, so we can only add our comments in the form to select any one from those check boxes but if they select both, system will create those interactions.

thanks for your answer!

I am using the ticking box availble in the form in sap marketing cloud. the person who ticks these boxes should be able to tick only one and not both.

What is the type of the box which you are referring? can you provide further details on what you mean by one Interaction ?
